(Sportcruisers 8 hours appx. 6:30am to 2:30pm approx / Super pangas 5 hours appx. 6:30am to 11:30am appox)

SPORTCRUISERS/SUPER PANGAS  include:

Sportcruiser, fuel, crew, ice, all rods, Penn reels, tackle, lures, and tax

NOT INCLUDED: Crew gratuities, live bait (when available),license, food/drink,

fish filleting or taxidermy.

all-inclusive option on boats -extra cost :- if selcted & added for extra cost;  ( adds, box lunches, 20 drinks, 10 live bait, & fishing license.)

 

 PAYMENT: Full payment or 50% deposit required to hold boat/package with balance due within 30 days of departure. Full payment due if reservation made within 30 days of depature. Reservation confirmed upon receipt of  payment and signed contract.

 

 Signature of contract for services and/or payment  constitutes agreement from all individuals or parties in group to Rules / Conditions, Cancellations, and Release of Liability below.                           

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BELOW.         Faxed or e-mailed contracts consent to the use of electonic media to process reservations.  All documents available in paper form upon request.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations are non-refundable unless : a) made in writing/e-mailed to Fiesta Sportfishing and received prior to 45 days from charter/trip date which will result in a full refund subject to a 10% penalty charge. b) No refunds for full or partial cancellations made less than 45 days prior to charter unless Fiesta Sportfishing can re-book charter/trip. c)charter is cancelled prior to departure by Cabo harbor master due to weather.d) if charter is cancelled prior to departure due to mechanical failure an alternative boat of similar size will be provided / If canceled by Captain due to mechanical failure that occurs while fishing & requires return to port, refund will be pro-rated based on time remaining in charter.- however, repairs made on the water to enable charter to continue or cause delays returning to port do not constitute a refund. e) Cancellations by captain for safety of clients due to weather or other circumstances shall be also be pro-rated - captains are licensed by the govt and remain in full control on the water, pro -rated or partial refunds will only be offered  if captian or fleet manager deems it necessary to cancel charter, however if cancelled due to unapproriate behavior from client no refund will be offered. f) request from client for early return to harbor are non-refundable under any circumstances. g) No refunds for motion sickness or rough seas.  h) no refunds for missed boats i)no hotel refunds if marina view hotel rooms were not available j)Cancellations due to local strikes, fuel shortages or any other similar reasons or acts of god, shall be taken with out penalty to Fiesta Sportfishing k.) charters for tournaments subject to tournament rates & are non-refundable at any time unless we can re-book boat for tournament.

Conditions & Release of Liability:  Applicable Worldwide: Fiesta Sportfishing LLC acts solely as the booking agent for all described services and is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of suppliers or any carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitations, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All vouchers, coupons, receipts & tickets are issued subject to the terms & conditions specified by the suppliers and/or carriers. By utilizing the travel and/or activity services of the suppliers and/or carriers you agree that neither Fiesta Sportfishing, nor any representatives shall be liable for cost or damages from any accident, injury, loss of life, property damage, property loss, personal loss or loss of mental or physical enjoyment etc. to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. Payment of a reservation and/or signature on contract constitutes consent to release of liability, all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in contract and Fiesta Sportfishing brochures. Rates quoted are based on current rates at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Fiesta Sportfishing reserves the right to change or cancel any arrangement or itinerary herein set forth should it deem it necessary to do so, and may offer substitutions of equal value. The right is reserved to refuse service to, payment from or decline to accept any person or persons as members of these groups or charters. Should there be a conflict of understanding, then the terms of this Fiesta Sportfishing contract shall prevail.

Rules & Conditions:

1. Payment and/or signature by a group leader or traveling head of household binds all parties in household or group to rules/conditions & release of liability.

2. Charters are based out of Cabo San Lucas. Client is responsible for transportation to Cabo. No refunds for missed boats.

3. Cancellation/Travel Health insurance available at current rates. International travel & sportfishing is exciting & strenuous. Fiesta Sportfishing accepts no responsibility for personal loss or personal injury.

4. For charters, live bait (when available), fish cleaning or taxidermy, meals/drinks, boat tip, & license not included. For fish fillets bring one large ice chest - approximately 48 quart size & 1 gallon size zip-lock bags.  If all-inclusive option is selected at extra cost - adds (box lunches, 20 drinks, 10 live bait, & fishing licn)

5. Changes, upgrades, extensions or modifications of charters subject to availability and additional cost. Tournament Charters subject to tournament rates and will fish according to times and rules of each particular tournament. 

6. For Resort Meals & drinks are not included unless all-inclusive is indicated on resort voucher, then most meals & drinks are included at the resort only. Clients are responsible for placing wake-up calls on fishing days (bring alarm clock, also.) No refunds for missed boats. If clients are prone to motion sickness, preventative measures should be taken.  No refunds for motion sickness.

7.Hotel room assignments are controlled by hotel as guest arrive,  so room location and Marina view rooms are subject to availability.  Fiesta Sportfishing has no control over room assignments or views - we request Marina view rooms for all our clients if available.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the room or view - please ask the hotel to see if a better room is available or will be available for your other nights.   No refunds when Marina view rooms are not available.   

8. Home or Condo Rentals subject to terms of property rental agreement or terms of owner(s).

9. Fiesta Sportfishing reserves the right to use any photographs, video and/or referral letters provided to or taken by Fiesta Sportfishing as advertising, press releases and the like in any local, national or international publication or web site.

*10. JUST HOOK IT FISHING PACKAGES - purchase of live bait required - minimum of 7-10 per day. Cruiser upgrades subject to availability and additional upgrade charges. FISHING IS FISHING - so no guarantee of catch is implied, however Fiesta Sportfishing and its charters do have very high success ratios. BUENO SUERTE!!!!!!
