DEPOSIT DUE AS FOLLOWS: 1ST -  holds your reservation. 2nd  & FINAL DEPOSIT; due 30 days prior to departure.  *This final balance includes the mandatory Mexico taxes and round trip airport transfer. EVERY TRAVELLING HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD OR GROUP LEADER  MUST FILL OUT A CONTRACT.

Cabo Fiesta Trip  includes:  Round-trip San Jose del Cabo Airport/resort transfers, 5 days , 4 nights at Wyndham Cabo Tesoro Resort (Std, dbl occ), special also includes  resort taxes,resort Brfst,  and 2 full days sportfishing on 28’ Sportcruisers. (4 anglers per boat), boat, taxes, crew, fuel, tackle, gear, and dock side departure assistance & (plus any upgrades you pay to add above.)

Extras:   Meals/Drinks at resort or on the boats, resort gratuity,  live bait, license, fish filleting &  crew gratuity, and your airfare to Cabo.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are non-refundable unless: a) made in writing to Fiesta Sportfishing prior to 60 days from departure ,  which will result in a full refund subject to a 10% penalty charge.  b)no refunds for full or partial cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure unless space can be rebooked- if rebooked, refund will be subject to a 10% penalty charge, c) if boat charter is cancelled prior to departure by Cabo harbor master due to weather an alternate day of fishing will be provided, d) if charter is cancelled prior to departure due to mechanical failure an alternative boat will be provided/if mechanical failure occurs while fishing and boat is unable to continue fishing refund will be pro-rated based on time remaining in charter.- however, repairs made on the water to enable charter to continue or cause delays returning to port do not constitute a refund. ,e) cancellations by captain for safety of clients due to weather or other circumstances shall also be pro-rated, however if cancelled due to inappropriate behavior from client no refund will be offered, f) early returns on charters or trips requested by client are non-refundable. g) cancellations due to local strikes, fuel shortages, schedule changes or any other similar reasons or acts of God,  shall be taken without penalty to Fiesta Sportfishing. h) no refunds if marina view rooms are not available, i) no refunds for motion sickness or rough seas, j) no refunds for missed trips or missed boats. 

Conditions & Release of Liability:  Applicable Worldwide: Fiesta Sportfishing LLC acts solely as the booking agent for all described services and is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of suppliers or any carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitations, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts & tickets are issued subject to the terms & conditions specified by the suppliers and/or carriers. By utilizing the travel and/or activity services of the suppliers and/or carriers you agree that neither Fiesta Sportfishing, nor any representatives shall be liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, property damage, emotional or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. Payment of a reservation and/or signature on contract constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions, release of liability, and general information contained in contract and Fiesta Sportfishing brochures. Rates quoted are based on current rates at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Fiesta Sportfishing reserves the right to change or cancel any arrangement or itinerary herein set forth should it deem it necessary to do so, and may offer substitutions of equal value. The right is reserved to refuse service, payment from or decline to accept any person or persons as members of these groups.

 

Rules & Conditions:

1. Payment and/or signature by a group leader or traveling head of household binds all parties in household or group to rules/conditions & release of liability.

2. Air is not included.  Client is responsible for transportation to departing airport & Cabo and to have proper documentation of citizenship. Arrive at airline gate 90 minutes prior to departure. No refunds for missed flights. Client is responsible for overweight or excess baggage.

3. Cancellation/Travel health insurance available at current rates. International travel & sportfishing is exciting & strenuous. Fiesta Sportfishing accepts no responsibility for personal loss or personal injury.

4. Live bait (when available), license, $1 dock access, food/drinks on boat, fish cleaning or taxidermy & boat tip not included. For fish fillets bring duct tape & one large ice chest - approximately 48 quart size & 1 gallon size zip-lock bags.

5. Proof of citizenship required. Valid Passport  plus a PHOTO ID (current drivers license is mandatory).   Children under 18 traveling with only one parent are required to have a notarized letter from other parent allowing them to travel into Mexico for the dates of the trip.  Step children will  also require a letter from the other natural parent. 

6. Package rates are based on double occupancy of rooms & 4 anglers per boat. Some or all assignments including boats may or can be made by Fiesta Sportfishing. Changes, upgrades, extensions or modifications of trips subject to availability and additional cost. Room category and views subject to availability and assigned by Hotel at time of check-in.  We request Marina view rooms for all clients but they are subject to availability - no refunds if unavailable. 

7.Resort operates on European Plan - meals & drinks are not included at the resort  .  Clients are responsible for placing wake-up calls on fishing days (bring alarm clock, also.) No refunds for missed boats.  If client is prone to motion sickness, preventative measures should be taken.  No refunds for motion sickness.

8. Total taxes including Mexico arrival/exit tax are collected in advance and is included with package payment.

9. Round trip airport ground transportation from San Jose Del Cabo Airport is collected in advance - and is included with package payment. Approx. 40 minute scenic trip to hotel from airport.

10. Fiesta Sportfishing reserves the right to use any photographs, video and/or referral letters provided to or taken by Fiesta Sportfishing as advertising, press releases and the like in any local, national or international publication or web page.

*11. JUST HOOK IT FISHING PACKAGES - purchase of live bait required - minimum of 10 per day. Package based on 4 anglers per 28' sportcruiser and 2 full days fishing. Cruiser upgrades or less anglers subject to availability and additional upgrade charges. FISHING IS FISHING - no guarantee of catch is implied however Fiesta Sportfishing and its charters have very high success ratios. BUENO SUERTE!!!!!!
